Submit Your Note

Coffee Notes is looking for artwork that carries a feeling, a tension, a confession, or a moment people can recognize without being told too much.

We do not place art on our wall only because it is beautiful.

We place it because it has a Note.

If selected, your artwork may be displayed on The Notes Wall at Coffee Notes for up to 15 days and made available for collection or purchase.

The Notes Wall uses a fixed portrait frame size:

• 27 inches wide x 39 inches high
• 2.25 ft x 3.25 ft
• Portrait orientation
• Recommended artwork ratio: 9:13

For best results, submit artwork designed for a vertical frame. Square or landscape artwork may still be considered, but it may need cropping, matting, or adjustment before display.

For final print, selected digital artwork should ideally be provided at 8100 x 11700 pixels at 300 DPI.

Minimum acceptable file quality: 4050 x 5850 pixels at 150 DPI.

Keep important faces, text, signatures, and details away from the extreme edges.

We accept paintings, illustrations, digital art, mixed media, photography-based art, and AI-assisted art if it is intentional, authored, and disclosed.

Your work does not need to include coffee or a Coffee Notes cup. We prefer art that tells a human story first.

If a Coffee Notes cup appears in the artwork, it must only be the approved red takeaway cup with black lid and white Coffee Notes logo.

We approve artwork that feels original, emotionally clear, visually strong, suitable for a premium public wall, connected to a real human idea, and capable of starting a conversation.

We do not approve work that feels generic, decorative, copied, offensive, politically inflammatory, explicit, or made only to advertise a product.

Selected artwork may be displayed at Coffee Notes for up to 15 days.

If the artwork is available for sale, Coffee Notes may help connect the artist with interested collectors. Final sale terms will be confirmed with the artist before display.

The artist remains the owner of the artwork and its copyright. By submitting, the artist allows Coffee Notes to display the work physically and share it online for promotion, with artist credit.
